Under the theme Exploring Material we created the second edition of Mit Essen Spielen (Playing with food) in cooperation with the restaurant Im Künstlerhaus. For the food installation we played with different states of soil for the 3 course menu and used it to develop a platform for each course. The event series Mit Essen Spielen is a cooperation between the Künstlerhaus Stuttgart and the restaurant Im Künstlerhaus, building a bridge between cuisine and art on three evenings this year.
